Associa Northern California is happy to announce Hiller Highlands II Homeowners Association has transitioned from self-managed to an agent supported HOA. As a result, Farita Toney, Community Manager and Kelly Thana, Administrative Assistant, will be the community’s new team. Both will work under the instructions of the Board of Directors supporting the community’s needs.
Previously, the Board worked solely with Associa for financial support services. Now, the Board of Directors has selected Associa to support the full scope of managing the association.
We are excited to be your choice for management services and look forward to working with and supporting you.
